Play me some mountain music

Carl Ross, one half of the duo Tymes Past, performs on the porch of the Visitor Center near Cable Mill in the Cades Cove area of Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Tymes Past presents Appalachian mountain and gospel style performances.
You can find Carl and his wife Betty today through Oct. 4 at Alewine Pottery in Gatlinburg, Tenn., and Oct. 8-10 at the Museum of Appalachia's Tennessee Fall Homecoming in Norris, Tenn.
